Agape

45' Deep-keeled Offshore Cutter

Agape I is a powerful, elegant, capable, long distance off shore cutter rigged cruiser that draws admiration everywhere she goes. When purchased Agape I was completely rebuilt over 2 years and re-launched in 1991 with the plan to sail her off-shore. The current owner purchased her because he was looking for a very capable vessel with deep draft, a long keel, large lateral plane and an effective righting moment, essential characteristics for working to windward in heavy conditions with a short-handed crew and the ability to heave-to under survival conditions.
